On the ground level, a large infinity L-sized illuminated Pool, surrounded by the outside wooden deck, engulfs everyone with a warm summer vacation aura right from the start. The nearby entrance hall leads directly to the very commodious living area featuring one double bedroom en suite, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and spacious dining area. If you prefer having lunch or dinner under the sky, day or night, then the outdoor pergola shaded kitchen and the fully equipped BBQ with their own outdoor dining area, is the place to be.
On the lower level two large double bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds, suitable for kids, and one twin bedroom interconnected to the second smaller swimming pool feature very attractive views to the sea. The rooms include their own air conditioning, safe boxes, Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, and of course en suite bathrooms.
Inside the Villa, plenty of light fills the rooms with dark pastel colors creating a contrast while clean lines define a minimalistic interior. Stone, glass and wood add texture everywhere with modern pop art paintings decorating the walls. In the background, a sophisticated in-house entertainment system makes sure each room showcases music and movies of your choice.
